Company Background

Bridge Telecommunications is the Broker division of Racale Consulting, which was formed in 1987 to provide assistance to people looking for telecommunication equipment.

Many large PABX projects have been completed by our company since then, these have included both voice and data applications. While the majority of these are in Durban, a recent local client has been VISTA University – where we designed a network to link 9 Campuses throughout South Africa. After a lengthy tender process we selected the vendor and have to-date arranged and have just completed the project management for the installation of the first three systems. The balance will be installed at some time in the future.

Our association with Telkom is excellent and this special relationship is utilised to provide the best service possible for our clients.

We offer an objective and professional consulting service with no fees whatsoever attached to our service. Advice on any aspect of communications can be provided including PABX, Voice Mail, Paging, Cellular Routers and Telephone Management Systems.

  • On site front-line technical services to our Nortel Norstar and Panasonic PABX Systems clients. These services include installation and servicing of the systems and associated telephone instruments.
  • Component level electronic board repair to various PABX suppliers.
  • High-level telephonic technical support to two established countrywide dealer chains.
  • Laboratory reports and PABX repairs for various Insurance Companies.
